The term of this Agreement and the license granted in this Agreement shall be concurrent with the term of your subscription to the Website ("Term") and may be terminated earlier than the expiration of your subscription as provided below.
You may access the Website during the Term from multiple places, locations, and computers, but you are not allowed to access the Licensed Materials from more than one place, location, or computer at the same time. Next Steps reserves the authority to permanently deactivate accounts without prior notice in the event of misuse, such as sharing login credentials with unauthorized parties. Fee Increase: Next Steps Career reserves the right to increase fees for any services, without any prior written notice, effective on the start date of your subsequent subscription term.
If you have purchased an online course and have already accessed, downloaded all or part of the online course and/or started to use that online course then you shall have no right to cancel your order. If you have already accessed training material provided to you as part of your purchase you shall have no right to cancel your order.
You must complete Next Steps Career’s registration process in order to subscribe to and use the Resources by providing us with current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the registration form. You also will choose a password and a User name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Next Steps Career immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Next Steps Career will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.
